Triesen, Liechtenstein was Oskar Werner’s home and his final resting place. He left his life in Vienna to find peace in the Rhine valley. His Teixlburg was a refuge and also a place to invite family and friends to visit. In perhaps the most personal of the exhibition’s planned for 2022, his home village of Triesen will host a glimpse into his life from 1950 to his death in 1984.
